Directions: Take 1 tspn once or twice daily as needed. Mix in 1/4 glass of water or juice. Drink immediately or the mixture will thicken. Always follow with 1-2 glasses of water. Children: Take 1/2 the adult dose with parental supervision. Pregnancy and breast-feeding safe.
